Philadelphia Framing Contractor Fined for Alleged Fall Hazards - Bloomberg Law

Max Contractors Inc. faces $269,594 in proposed penalties as well as three serious and six repeat citations after allegedly exposing employees to fall hazards at a residential worksite in Philadelphia, the Labor Department said Monday.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors found that the framing contractor allegedly had people working on the second and third levels of a building near floor holes and the building’s edge without fall protection, according to the DOL.
