The clip was widely shared, with users describing it as an example of medical negligence and alleging that the driver continued driving unaware of the mishap.
However, a fact check by PTI found the claim to be false. The video is neither from Tamil Nadu nor real. It is an AI-generated creation originating from Puerto Rico, first shared by a digital creator known for posting AI-powered parody videos. Further analysis using AI-detection tools, including Hive Moderation and WasItAi, confirmed that the visuals were generated using artificial intelligence.
