New Delhi, October 28 (Kaushiki Goel / Pratyush Ranjan, PTI Fact Check): A video circulating on social media claims that Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha (LoP_ Rahul Gandhi blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the RSS, and the BJP for eagles flying overhead during one of his speeches.
A PTI Fact Check investigation found that the viral clip is misleading. The video is a doctored combination of two separate parts of his 2020 speech in Kondli, Delhi, edited to misrepresent his remarks. Gandhi did not make any such statement blaming PM Modi or the BJP for eagles flying above.
Claim:
A video featuring Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressing a public gathering was shared by an Instagram user ‘Np_official’ on October 18, claiming that he allegedly blamed PM Modi, RSS, and BJP for eagles flying above during a speech.
In the video, he can be heard saying, “Please tell me one thing, why is this eagle flying here? What is the reason for this? The reason for this is Narendra Modi. The reason for this is RSS. The reason for this is BJP."

Investigation
