Reed Smith’s Philadelphia office has added on three former Greenberg Traurig labor and employment partners, including former practice group co-chair James Boudreau.
Partners Adam Roseman and Christiana Signs are joining Boudreau in the move, which went into effect on May 1, and the group is bringing along the vast majority of their clients. The move further comes on the heels of a successful 2024 for Reed Smith, in which the firm grew revenue to over $1.5 billion and saw 11.4% growth in its bottom line even as head count stayed flat.
