Shara is back to talk about the skilled worker changes because I'm sure for a lot of you there's been so much change this summer which is causing a lot of headaches. So I've subtitled today's conversation Navigating the Nightmare and Shara and I are going to talk about some of the issues, particularly sponsors are facing, with the new changes.
