Brook T. Barnes has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner with the labor and employment team in San Diego, the firm said Thursday.
Barnes focuses on labor and employment litigation, counseling and representing employers, according to Snell & Wilmer.
He handles issues such as claims for improper wage deductions, misclassification of employees, class actions, wrongful termination, and retaliatory and discriminatory employment actions as well as failure to pay wages, overtime wages, or provide meal periods and rest breaks, Snell & Wilmer said.
