Counsel at Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart on Monday removed an employment lawsuit against Starbucks to Connecticut District Court. The suit, over alleged discrimination on the basis of age and sexual orientation, was filed by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of Bruno Marchio. The case is 3:22-cv-01505, Marchio v. Starbucks Corp.
