Tesla was sued Thursday in Florida Middle District Court over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The lawsuit was filed by Richard Celler Legal P.A. on behalf of Paul Haines. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00452, Haines v. Tesla, Inc.
