Tetra Tech EC Inc. and other contractors succeeded in their bids to dismiss several groups of whistleblowers from a False Claims Act suit alleging fraud under a contract for radiological remediation and support services at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco, a California federal district court said.

The dismissal motions didn’t target the US government’s complaint.

Whistleblowers Anthony Smith, Donald Wadsworth, and Robert McLean may file amended complaints by July 28, Judge James Donato of the US District Court for the Northern District of California said in a Tuesday order.
