In this Edition #2, we give an update on the AI-discovery battle in Mobley v. Workday, 3:23-cv-00770-RFL (N.D. Cal.) . As you may recall, this case is brought by inter alia, lead class plaintiff Derek Mobley, a man who allegedly applied to more than one hundred jobs through Workday’s hiring platform and was rejected from every one.
