  • Mob rule: On Friday, U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly granted the DOJ’s request to dismiss the seditious conspiracy case against four Proud Boys who led the mob on Jan. 6. But the judge also issued a warning about Trump’s efforts to lift penalties against J6-ers who injured 140 police officers and caused nearly $3 million in damage, and indicated he dismissed the charges under protest.
