United Behavioral Health Beats Suit Over 2 Years of Mental Care - Bloomberg Law

A family suing United Behavioral Health over its failure to fully cover their daughter’s two-year stay at a residential mental health facility lost their lawsuit when a Utah federal judge ruled these treatments weren’t medically necessary to address acute concerns.
