She has earned a strong reputation for successfully representing workers and employers in complex issues related to wage and hour claims, medical leave, discrimination, employment contracts, sexual harassment, and more.

Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and earned her law degree from the William & Mary Law School.

Admitted to practice in 1992, Lawrence has has litigated cases at all levels in the Virginia Courts, including the Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, and 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
