For our 2022-2023 Book of Lists, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal asked top local executives at list-making companies for their perspectives on a variety of topics for our third annual Voices feature.
Our Lists, recognized throughout the region as reliable and reputable sources of business information, rank companies in the Twin Cities metro area and Greater Minnesota across a variety of industries and key metrics. We have published these Lists throughout the year and compiled them for our annual Book of Lists.
For the Book, we also reached out to leaders at some of the state's largest executive search firms, law firms and accounting firms to learn their top tips for motivating teams. (Other executives at list-making companies shared their key goals for the year ahead, their strategic priorities, the challenges faced and thwarted over the past year, pandemic-era lessons, or advice on recruiting in a tight labor market.)
