Unisys Corp. was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Golomb Spirt Grunfeld PC and Johnson Becker PLLC on behalf of customer service reps who seek compensation for time spent on ‘boot-up and boot-down activities,’ such as logging into work applications and shutting off the computer. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-02906, Brunswick v. Unisys Corp.
