SAN DIEGO, Feb. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The San Diego labor law attorneys, at Zakay Law Group, APLC and JCL Law Firm, APC, filed a class action complaint against BH-SD OPCO, LLC and BH-SD DD OPCO, LLC, both doing business as Alvarado Parkway Behavioral Health Systems, for allegedly failing to accurately pay employees' wages for all their time worked. The Alvarado Parkway Behavioral Health Systems class action lawsuit, Case No. 37-2022-00004654-CU-OE-CTL, is currently pending in the San Diego County Superior Court of the State of California. According to the lawsuit, Alvarado Parkway Behavioral Health Systems allegedly violated California Labor Code Sections §§ 201, 202, 203, 204, 221, 226, 226.7, 246, 510, 512, 1194, 1197, 1197.1, 1198, and 2802 by failing to: (1) pay minimum wages; (2) pay overtime wages; (3) provide required meal and rest periods; (4) provide accurate itemized wage statements; and (5) reimburse for required business expenses.
