Anti-Racism Committee Seat May Have Caused Black Worker's Firing - Bloomberg Law

A jury must decide whether a Black hospital worker in Rhode Island was fired because of his past drug convictions or because he was tapped for a seat on the anti-racism committee his employer formed in the wake of George Floyd’s murder, a federal judge ruled.
