Colorado has seen multiple changes to its wage and hour laws over the last few years, and the new Colorado SecureSavings Plan goes into effect this year. As an employer, it can be tough to keep an eye on the “big picture” – what you must do to ensure compliance for Colorado employees. In this Breakfast Briefing, Brooke Colaizzi and Carissa Davis will identify key compliance concerns in the wage and hour arena, going beyond describing the differences between applicable laws. They will put federal, state, and certain local wage and hour requirements together, so you know how to comply. Kirsten Stewart will discuss the new Colorado SecureSavings Plan, what it means, how to respond to registration notices and the options available to comply.
