Ms. A posted a cryptic message on her social media account on the 4th, shortly after news broke of Lee Yi-kyung’s departure from *Hangout with Yoo*: “I’m considering re-uploading the proof... It would be a bit awkward to end it like this... ㅎㅎ I’m a bit wronged because I’m not AI... They made me a victim of a bad person...”
Earlier, Ms. A sparked controversy last month by publishing a blog post titled *‘Exposing the Real Face of Lee Yi-kyung’*, sharing screenshots of allegedly sexual conversations exchanged with Lee Yi-kyung. Though the post was later deleted, it spread rapidly across online communities, intensifying the debate.
Lee Yi-kyung’s agency, Sangyoung ENT, refuted the claims, stating, “All content circulating online and on SNS is false,” and warned of legal action, adding, “We are preparing legal measures against damages caused by the spread of false information and malicious rumors. Depending on the severity of this case, we will take all necessary actions after calculating the direct and indirect damages.”
The agency further explained, “The poster previously demanded money with similar false claims several months ago,” and countered, “At the time, the poster admitted the facts were false and sent a direct apology email. Despite this, they reposted the same claims online.”
