- Disclosure of sexual harassment allegations – Effective August 4, 2025, H.B. 1643 addresses the circumstances under which current or former employers may disclose substantiated allegations of sexual abuse or harassment by a current or former employee to a prospective employer and limits employers to disclosing such information unless the employer obtains the individual’s written consent.
